If you or your entity are interested in signage at the Brisbane North Hockey Centre (Burringbar Park), then please:
- download and read the BHMG Corporate Signage Proposal document (900kB PDF);
- download and read the BHMG Sponsorship Signage Policy document (150kB PDF);
- complete and submit the Application Form below.
Submit an Application Form
The completion and submission of the application form on this page constitutes an expression of interest. It is important that your details are accurate so that you can be contacted.
- Fields marked with an asterisk ( * ) are required to be filled in;
- the 'Brief comment' field is optional, please limit to 250 characters; and
- you need to provide the answer to the simple maths question in the box provided above before clicking the Submit Form button.
- Image uploading is provided for the uploading of draft art-work or a mock-up for the purposes of seeking approval.
- When selecting a file for uploading it is important to note that it should be no larger than 1MB in size and ideally in 'jpg' or 'pdf' format.
- Should your application be approved you may be asked to email in a higher resolution 'final' version of your proposed banner.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the address you have provided.
